At Trustwell Living of West Knoxville, the friendly staff takes care of housekeeping and landscaping while you relax at the coffee and ice cream cafe, billiards room, or putting green.

Getting dad to agree to move out of his home was challenging to say the least, but the staff stepped in immediately, and made him feel so at home. The staff are just amazing and the positive, fun energy of the staff translates to happy fun residents. These amazing residents really look out for one another and are happy to relay any changes they see in my dad and any concerns I should look into. Daddy says he loves it so much he wouldn't move back home even if he could! This community has taken a load off me and put the smile back on my dad's face.

My mother enjoys living here. She's in a safe, caring environment where the employees really get to know the residents. The staff has a teamwork approach in their care style. The new updated look of the dining room and living areas and rooms makes a cheery setting. - J.L

Recently my mom was moved to another room for a couple months while renovations were done. We were so pleased with what a wonderful job the staff did to get everything put back in place exactly as it had been originally. And her room looks so great now!!!
