Aly Kristensen
Executive Director
Aly Kristensen is the Executive Director at Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. As the Executive Director, she oversees and directs the day-to-day functions and efficient operations of the community. Aly is also responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest level of quality care while creating a harmonious work environment for all team members.
Prior to joining Trustwell Living, Aly was the Executive Director at another senior living community in Kansas City. In addition to her leadership and management as an Executive Director, Aly is a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN which gives the community and its residents an advantage with care and care planning through her hands on approach. She also has her Residential Care Assisted Living Administrator’s License (RCAL) through the Board of Nursing Home and Administrators of Missouri and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Aly is a graduate of Kansas City Kansas Community College where she received her LPN in Nursing.
Aly grew up in the Kansas City area and has been married to her husband, Brian for 25 years. They enjoy time with their four children, their golden retriever, Ohana and two golden doodles, Murphy and Cleo. To relax and enjoy her time off, you’ll find Aly on a warm, sunny beach. Aly also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Carrie Stracy
Community Relations Director
Carrie Stracy is the Community Relations Director at Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. As the Community Relations Director, she works closely with current and prospective residents and families to help provide solutions to meet their needs in assisted living or memory care. Carrie believes in building strong relationships with residents and families and with local professionals in the area to educate and increase awareness for how the community can help seniors in the area. Carrie is passionate about working with seniors and their families. She enjoys discovering ways for residents to feel purpose and fulfillment in our assisted living and memory care neighborhood. By building lasting relationships with residents and families, Carrie enjoys restoring dignity and confidence for aging adults in a safe, caring environment.
Carrie has been very active in the senior living industry having worked as a Life Enrichment Coordinator and CNA. In addition to working closely with seniors, Carrie has also volunteered with community groups and organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association and Crossroads Hospice. Carrie also spent time caring for her 90-year-old grandmother which propelled her to seek a career in senior living.
Carrie grew up in St. Louis before moving to Kansas City area in 1997. She is married and has 3 children and 2 dogs. In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors and participating in hiking, kayaking, tennis, and going to the dog park in addition to spending time with family and friends.

Rachel Gladhart
Health Services Director
Rachel Gladhart is the Health Services Director at Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. As the Health Services Director she works closely with current and prospective residents to assess them for care needs, ensures that care plans are being followed by the clinical care team and coordinates with other providers to ensure quality of life for our residents. Rachel is passionate about resident care for seniors and strives to make a home-like atmosphere for the residents to receive the care they need through a caring and compassionate approach.
Prior to joining Trustwell Living, Rachel was the Health Services Director at Prestige Care, Inc. where she assisted with the rollout of the company’s electronic charting system. She was also instrumental in achieving an Arizona deficiency free survey. Rachel is a graduate of Southeast Community College, Lincoln, NE where she studied Practical Nursing to become a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN.
Rachel is married to her college sweetheart and has 4 children and one grandson. She is an avid reader of Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Horror books. She grew up in Arizona enjoying to beautiful, warm desert. While she misses the desert, she does enjoy watching the winter weather from inside her cozy house with a fire in the fireplace, a good book in hand, and a nice warm blanket.
